“Avolites is an iconic brand offering an exceptional portfolio of lighting and video products, unique in the Canadian market,” says Andrew Hope, managing director of AVL. “We are excited to expand our vertical offering with this partnership as Avolites continues to innovate. The newest Titan 10.1 and Ai 10.0 releases allow our clients even more creative freedom whilst significantly streamlining preproduction and programming time.”
AVL Media Group stocks the complete range of intuitive Avolites Titan lighting consoles, Ai media servers, and networking systems. In anticipation of this new partnership, product specialist Claude Viens has joined the AVL team to support the Canadian market with his in-depth Avolites knowledge and technical support. For the past 25 years, Viens has worked as an international lighting designer, programmer, and board operator across a range of productions. He recently visited Avolites’ London HQ to get to grips with the latest Titan V10.1 and Ai V10 software updates.
“I have been a fan of Avolite for many years,” says Viens. “It is a privilege to represent such an innovative and high quality brand and to be associated with such an exceptional team of industry professionals.”
“I am delighted to have AVL on board as we have a team of individuals who are fully qualified to train, support, and sell our range of lighting control solutions as well as our media servers,” says Avolites Sales Director Koy Neminathan. “Avolites is on a clear path to attaining the best distributors around the world who align themselves with our vision. AVL’s contacts with key designers in the lighting and video field are just one of their strengths, and we are excited to be working with such a highly driven team. We are in a new phase of growth and are looking forward to working more closely with our users and spending more time with non-users in Canada”.
The new partnership between Avolites and AVL Media Group officially launched at the Expo-Scène lighting, sound, and video technologies show in Montreal. The tradeshow was held at the Palais des congrès de Montreal between April 12-13.
