A.C. Lighting Announces Several Changes to Its Customer Service Team

A.C. Lighting has made several changes to its customer service team. These changes have been implemented as part of A.C. Lighting Inc.’s strategic growth plan.

Ana Cepeda (pictured above) has been promoted to the role of Lead Sales Coordinator. Cepeda will be responsible for Key Client Support of a dedicated client base and will take on new duties including reporting, training the Customer Service Team, and creating procedures to improve Sales Support and our overall Customer Experience. Ana speaks fluently in both English and Spanish. Cepeda began her career with A.C. Lighting seven years ago working with its shipping department.

Debra George will be taking on a Senior Customer Service Role this summer, moving away from the RMA processes and working with key clients, assisting with training processes and overseeing the returns and repair processes. George has been with A.C. Lighting’s Customer Service team since July 2014.

Chris Arriaza has moved into the role of Sales Account Coordinator. Arriaza will begin working with the RMA process, as well as assisting clients with their requests. Arriaza has been with A.C. Lighting for two years working in Inventory Management for our shipping department. He speaks fluently in both English and Spanish.

Jim Boucher, Customer Service Representative – Sales Support, has been with A.C. Lighting since February 2019. He has an extensive background in sales, customer service, and marketing in the media industry and the company says he brings “outstanding customer care skills.” He originally joined the organization to assist in a temporary capacity and quickly accepted his role on the Customer Service Team.

A.C. Group of companies has been growing over the past two years and has recently expanded to include a new Division, A.C. ProMedia, offering multimedia products and solutions aimed at the install and architainment markets.

“With the expanded Customer Service Team, we have set ourselves up to provide high levels of customer service for both A.C. Lighting Inc. and A.C. ProMedia’s client base,” says Tracey Hill, VP of operations. “I am honoured to have the opportunity to promote Ana and have so many of our staff members accept their new roles to support our strategic growth plan as well as our dedicated client base.”
