Solotech Acquires Midnite Hour Productions

Solotech has acquired Toronto-based company Midnite Hour Productions.

According to François Ménard, CEO of Solotech, this strategic move will allow Solotech to consolidate its position in the Greater Toronto market in addition to joining a team of experts in tailor-made solutions for lighting, video, rigging, and decor for stage, film, and corporate events. Midnite Hour’s founders, Marty Anderson and Louis Racine, and their employees will now be part of the larger Solotech team.

“Operating under the world-renowned Solotech name is akin to attaining the highest international standards from both a technological and systems integration standpoint. Our clients are going to be thrilled,” say Anderson and Racine.

Ménard  adds, “With our Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, and Vancouver facilities, clients will now have access to a pan-Canadian network as well as our Las Vegas point-of-service to support technical and creative demands of artistic, sports and corporate events in North America and internationally.”
