Westbury National Announces Toronto Expansion & New Hires

Westbury National has announced plans for a 20,000-sq.-ft. expansion and renovation of their existing Warden Avenue headquarters in Toronto. The additional space and upgrades will accommodate the development of the expanded Event and Show Services and Audiovisual Integration Divisions. Blueprints include new corporate offices and meeting rooms, state-of-the-art demonstration facilities, and an expansion of their warehouse capacity.

To support their growth plan, Westbury National has appointed five new team members to lead their expansion into the Kingston, ON and Ottawa regions. Rod Marsh, who has more than four decades of experience in customer service in the AV industry, has been appointed Account Manager in the Kingston service centre, covering the entire Eastern Ontario region. Mark Hammermeister will oversee systems installations and field services for the Kingston team as the Project Manager in Eastern Ontario. Bob Guy has been appointed Account Manager of the National Capital Region. Based in the new Ottawa service centre, his primary function will be to develop new federal government, enterprise and institutional clients in the Ottawa area. Also in Ottawa, Martin Vaillant brings his 8 years of industry experience to the position of Project Manager, and Ryan Carman, appointed as AV Systems Designer/Senior Field Engineer, brings 16 years of industry experience in designing and implementing professional audio and audiovisual systems.

“These key appointments and hires will give our company the leadership and forward motion we need as we experience rapid growth across the province,” says Frank Gerstein, Managing Partner at Westbury National. “Not only are we heading into an exciting new chapter with the physical expansion of our facilities, we are on the threshold of innovative developments in our Event and Show Services, as well as our Audio and Visual Solutions Division.”
